The Beatles - 'Revolver'. PMC 7009
The Beatles 1966 UK 1st pressing of the 'Revolver' album. Released on the 5th August 1966, it is offered here fully complete and in wonderful EXCELLENT condition.
Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in the UK....' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side two label. The vinyl is housed within the correct and original 1966 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is produced by Ernest J. Day and is in wonderful EXCELLENT condition condition which is increasingly rare for this album.
A superb condition example of this magnificent masterpiece by The Beatles.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. XEX 605-2 610 RTR (VERY UNUSUAL)
Side 2. XEX 606-2 6 RLR
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT- condition.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. Minor sticker removal mark on rear.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition. BUT has a small seam split to the bottom edge. I will also include a new inner to protect the original.
