<b><u>The Beatles - 'Please Please Me'. PMC 1202</b></u>

The Beatles 1963 UK 3rd pressing of the 'Please Please Me' album. Released on the 22nd March 1963, this is the very short lived 3rd label design variation released after the original gold/black label design.
<p>
This label design was issued briefly during mid 1963 and was once again changed towards the end of 1963. 'Please Please Me' is the only Beatles album issued with this particular label design. Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label both sides feature 'The Parlophone Co Ltd.' rim print and OMIT the 'Recording first published 1963' text as found on the much more common 4th pressing. The 'MT' tax code is embossed on the side one label. The vinyl is housed within the correct and original front laminated Ernest J. Day printed outer sleeve with ‘Angus McBean’ text printed to the far right (this is the identical sleeve as is found with the 1st pressing gold/black label design). A rare and sought after variation of The Beatles debut album.

The vinyl is in <b>VERY GOOD</b> condition.
<p>
Both labels are in <b>EXCELLENT-</b> condition.
<p>
The sleeve is in <b>GOOD-</b> condition. Old tape repairs to the back and a stain.
<p>
The inner sleeve is in <b>GOOD+</b> condition. Seam split to the bottom edge. I shall include an additional inner sleeve for protection.
