RARE!! The Beacon Street Union LP. Original 1968 UK.

Very earliest FIRST PRESSING!! “Patents Pending”
Up for auction is another great sixties Psych/rock album which is virtually faultless. What a great cover!!!! Worth your bid for the artwork alone.. But, the sounds are truly superb; let’s not dilute that fact.
NOTE: All my records in this listing were bought as new by one lady owner when first released.
COVER: Superb and faultless. Original FLIPBACK G+L “Patents Pending”. Lovely , bright, clean and stunning front lamination. Faultless. Perfect spine. A real treat to the eye.
VINYL: Still retains its just pressed glossy sheen and is perfectly flat with no warps, skips or jumps. Totally brilliant. Totally unmarked. May have been played twice ONLY. Stunning. Graded; a very strong NM.
LABELS: Again, a stunning pair of rich yellow/black MGM labels. No faults. No spindle marks. KT tax code and “Sold in the UK…” text. MINT.
MATRIX NUMBERS: SIDE ONE: MG 1272 - 1
SIDE TWO: MG 1273 - 1
STAMPERS: SIDE ONE: 1 G
SIDE TWO: 1 G making this one of the very earliest off the press.
INNER SLEEVE: Plain white as issued. Couple of mild wrinkles only.
AUDIO: As you would expect from vinyl this good. What can I say. Faultless and stunning MONO playback. If you are extremely lucky enough to win this great and rare album, you will not need to look for another to upgrade. Promise. If it doesn’t sell, and believe me, that would indeed be a miracle taken one step too far, then I would be happy to keep it and it will not be relisted.
To sum up. This album is definitely a MUST HAVE ALBUM of the very best quality, and would certainly be a great addition to any existing collection. The sounds are superb and truly classic. This rare album does not surface very often, so don’t miss out. Grab yourself a large slice of great musical history - and enjoy!!
