“THE BAD SEED” SOUNDTRACK LP HAND-SIGNED BY PATTY McCORMACK (VG)!
Has there ever been a nastier kid on screen than “Rhoda” in the 1956 movie, “The Bad Seed.” in which a blonde and pig-tailed Patty McCormack played the cruel child who murdered another for a piece of jewelry? Answer: not damn many. We are fortunate to have here a copy of the RCA soundtrack album in Very Good (VG) condition, hand-signed by Ms. McCormack in black Sharpie at a screening of the film over ten years ago at the American Cinematheque’s Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, Ca.
Ms. McCormack was one of the lucky child stars who went on to have a long and successful career in other films and on TV. PLEASE NOTE: While the record itself is in good shape, the album containing it is not only well worn, but has a blemish on the right side (See Photo) where it appears a sticker or price tag was torn off.
