Description
ORIGINAL first pressing of this rare and collectible EP from legendary band The Artwoods/Art Woods. Decca 1966 EP, mono, DFE 8654, in original sleeve. Matrix numbers: EFF-2884-1C and EFF-2885-1C. This is NOT one of the much later reprints - this is the original thing! Mod/freakbeat/blues/rock history.
This EP is EXTREMELY rare and HARDLY EVER comes up for sale - ESPECIALLY not in this condition!
Condition is EXCELLENT or NEAR MINT: No creases or tears on sleeve/cover. White colour on cover still nice and bright, with only minor browning on back. The front cover bears absolutely no impression from the disc sitting inside, and there is only the slightest impression of the disc on the back. Laminated cover not peeling at all. The disc itself has only some very light marks, and playback is PERFECT - no skips and not even any crackles or pops. A copy in this condition very rarely becomes available. The pictures speak for themselves!
Please see my other listings for MORE ARTWOODS - I am also selling an original copy of their album “Art Gallery.”
I am a lifelong record collector and am reluctantly parting with some of my more treasured records - please see my other listings.
EP will be sent securely packaged and via Royal Mail 1st class, or tracked/signed for delivery if preferred. International postage also available.
