Original American LP release on Perception with green striped labels.  

                       This is their first self-titled album (their second album was also self-titled. A rare jazz-rock release from 1970,                           for fans of jazzy/bluesy horn rock, or fans of Otis Smith who are curious about his early work.

Released on the Perception record label. The record number is: #PLP 4 in stereo The album was played just a few times with great care I play graded this record... it is in VG++ to Near Mint condition.... a wonderful and enjoyable play The cover in nice condition with  no unusual wear... (see pictures for up-close detail) There is a promotional hole in the lower right corner and the inner sleeve has a promotional stamp on it All in all... just a beautiful album and one that will find a prominent place in your collection!
