Over the years I have helped to add to the collections of many 1960s BEAT 45s collectors and given my experience, I am aware of the titles that are GENUINE RARE ITEMS.
Now of course for those who are"chained"to the record collector price guide books,for whom I am one of the main consultants, the prices are still a SUGGESTION and as we all know ACTUAL prices SOLD can vary.
The sellers on ebay who continually put"listed"or "list price"on everything should be aware of this!!!!
However based on how infrequently these singles of 44 years ago are turning up it is quite possible there MIGHT be keen bidding on this title so be prepared at the last minute to increase your bid!!!
