My inner voice whispered to me, "Iiro, now is the time!" On bass, I selected Kaisa Mäensivu, a passionate artist living in New York City who immerses herself in this style of jazz and performs regularly in the scene. For the drums, I chose Morten Lund, a talented musician who truly understands the American jazz tradition.
