This is an excellent LP, "THE 13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS" ! This record up for bid is on the IA International Artists Label IA-LP-1! This is the group's groundbreaking debut! There are few albums from the early stages of the psych movement that sound as distinctively trippy as this album. Roky Erickson's vocals are strong and compelling! And "Nobody plays electric jug quite like Tommy Hall!"

SIDE ONE: YOUR GONNA MISS ME, ROLLER COASTER, SPASH I (Now I'm Home), REVERBERATION, DON'T FALL DOWN
SIDE TWO: FIRE ENGINE, THRU THE RHYTHM, YOU DON'T KNOW, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, MONKEY ISLAND, TRIED TO HIDE
CONDITION: THE COVER IS VG- Great art, but shows wear, rounded corners and ring wear. Someone put their initials in the upper left hand corner of the back of the jacket and I-A on the upper left front (see photos). There is discoloration on the back.
THE RECORD ITSELF IS IN VG CONDITION, there are spindle marks and only some light surface scratches that do no harm to the sound of the music at all! These light scratches cannot be felt with the fingernail. This is a great recording! We listened to both sides and there are no skips and it sounds really good! Someone, a previous owner, wrote around the edge of the label on Side 1 in small but unnecessary print, " written & produced by untalented teeny-boppers for consumption by unsuspecting pre-adolescents"!
I really wanted to say VG+, but want to be so careful with my grading! I love this record!! The value of this record in perfect condition is $250 or more.

M: New and Unplayed
NM: Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage
VG+: A Very Good+ record will show some signs that it was played, but well taken care of by the previous owner. Record surfaces may show signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
VG: Some wear, scratches and scuffs but nothing that should affect the quality of the sound. Scratches can be detected with a finger nail. There may be some background noise.
