Totally unknown late 80's indie rap 45!! Hear!!

Vinyl / Cover Condition (Visual Grading Only): VG++ glossy with very faint marks.

Totally unknown random rap 45 from NY!! No info on this ANYWHERE!! I bought from a gentleman who had a record store in NY in the 80's. The 45 sleeve has a phone number from "Billy" so I'm assuming it might be the owner of the label (on Billy G records)? U can faintly see the writings on the sleeve imprinted on the vinyl but it doesn't affect play.
Hard beats and ryhmes!! Don't think this ever came on a 12".. Seems from the late 80's??
Very curious find here, would appreciate more info if u have some to share.
