 For sale is this ultra rare test pressing of the John Lennon “Rock N Roll” LP on Apple Records SK-3419 from 1975, and a photo copy of the Capitol / Apple records cue sheet. This mega rare item is a must for Beatle fans and Lennon fans alike.  Perfect addition to any collection!  I read that there may have been as few as 25 copies of these made.

 THIS COMBINATION TEST PRESSING AND CAPITOL / APPLE CUE SHEET RELEASE DOCUMENT WILL BE ONE OF, IF NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF SOMEONE'S BEATLES /JOHN LENNON COLLECTION!

This album was Recorded at: The Record Plant, East,  Record Plant, West & A&M Studios in October 1973 to December 1973 and October 21-25, 1974 and was Mastered at The Cutting Room and Record Plant in  New York City. It was produced by Phil Spector and John Lennon.

The record has typical white test pressing labels with: "Available only to technical and other authorized personnel for the limited purposes of testing and review.  NOT TO BE PUBLICLY PERFORMED, REPRODUCED, SOLD, OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED.  1975 EMI Records Limited" printed on each side and on side 1: “ROCK N ROLL / JOHN LENNON / SIDE ONE” in felt tip marker and the song titles and times written in pen. “SIDE TWO” is written in felt tip marker and the song titles and times are also written in pen. The Cue sheet has song titles, matrix numbers, publishing names, release date, copyright dates, producer credits, and other technical info. It also mentions both Apple Records and Capitol Records.

The record is in VG+ Condition! It has some minor surface scuffs on both sides. It comes in the original paper sleeve inside of a plain white cut out sleeve with the cue sheet inside. The cue sheet is a photo copy.
