There is no outer cover with this record it comes with the inner poly lined sleeve. 
The record is in VERY GOOD condition and it still retains a good shine. There are some light marks but these cannot be felt, however it plays with some light surface noise in places, and some ticks. Having said this it's still a great listen. There are some biro marks on Side 2. (Please see photos).
