SUPERB UK FIRST PRESSING OF TEN YEAR AFTER'S MOST COMMERCIALLY SUCCESSFUL LP WHICH PLAYS IN STUNNING CONDITION THROUGHOUT - HARDLY BEEN PLAYED - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A Space in Time was Ten Years After's seventh and best-selling album.
A Space in Time has more of a pop-oriented feel than any of their previous releases had. The individual cuts are shorter, and Alvin Lee displays a broader instrumental palette than before. In fact, six of the disc's ten songs are built around acoustic guitar riffs.
However, there are still a couple of barn-burning jams. The leadoff track, "One of These Days," is a particularly scorching workout, featuring extended harmonica and guitar solos. After the opener, however, the album settles back into a more relaxed mood than one would have expected from Ten Years After.
Many of the cuts make effective use of dynamic shifts, and the guitar solos are generally more understated than on previous outings.
The production on A Space in Time is crisp and clean, a sound quite different from the denseness of its predecessors

LABELS: LIKE-NEW - CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO wear, NO marks/writing and only ONE possible spindle trace on Side Two. The Side One label has some fading to the green colour but this appears to be a pressing issue not a later occurrence. In my opinion Side One has been played just the one time and Side Two possibly not at all
VINYL Visual: Both surfaces have their original DEEP, LIKE-NEW, GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED. The vinyl looks almost like new
VINYL Audio: OUTSTANDING - CRYSTAL CLEAR, WARM, BEAUTIFULLY RICH and VIBRANT audio. There are NO scratches, NO sticks/jumps, NO loud clicks or pops and only the slightest touch of surface noise on the very quiet lead-in to the first track, but this is extremely minor and I did play-grade this WONDERFUL LP at a very LOUD volume. The record SOUNDS SENSATIONAL throughout and it plays to a very high standard with NO groove-wear or distortion (its hardly been played). Graded a strong NEAR MINT for audio and NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use strict RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please refer to my feedback and 'About Me' page)
SLEEVE: The original matte sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. There is a little wear to the edges and top and bottom of the spine but the spine text is still CLEAR, and there is a light crease to the top corner but otherwise, a VERY FINE EXAMPLE of this easily worn, untreated sleeve
