Description

Super rare copy of Tanyet's The Ceyleib People....late 60s folky/psych rock featuring a very young Ry Cooder on what is said to be his first lp appearance. This lp has recently been reissued, but this is the very rare original US stereo pressing on the vault label. LP also features totally tripped out cover art by the legendary Rick Griffin.....who worked on dozens of album covers starting from the surf boom of the early 60s to psychedelic rock of the late 60s and early 70s.

Cover is (VG)...few corner bumps/creases. Slight shelf wear. Spine just readable....otherwise no major issues.
Vinyl is (VG)....retains most of its original gloss but has a few ligh surface scratches and scuffs from the it's original paper sleeve. Plays with light background noise in quieter places and the occasional faint pop/tick. Above average copy of this super rare lp!
Labels are (VG+)....few faint spindle marks, otherwise clean.
All in all, a decent copy of this scarce and collectable lp. Rarely appear on Ebay and never seen another original pressing in Australia.
