Description
1973 German pressing of 'ATEM' by Tangerine Dream - this is the quadrophonic pressing Cat: OMM 556 031.
The vinyl record is visually in EXCELLENT condition - there are only a few light hairlines from previous play and the vinyl still has it's bright black glossy look. The labels are perfect and the record does not look as if it has been played too often and played beautifully - no jumps or distortion and minimal crackle. Side 2, however, has some clicks roughly 2 mins in which last approx 45 seconds - the record plays through this without problem and the clicks are light and not overpowering but are there and should be mentioned. The price reflects this slight fault. The rest of the record plays trouble free.
The outer gatefold is in VG+ condition - minor creases in the laminate which has also split a little on the spine as shown, though this is still fully readable and not in itself damaged. The sleeve is otherwise vibrant and strong with no damage or other major faults.
Inner white sleeve excellent.
I grade all my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records unless they are in near mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
The record will be cleaned by myself and packaged in a protective plastic cover and then posted in a custom cardboard record mailer with a cardboard stiffener.
