Here's the rare animation sleeve fan club version of this 7" with the blue face in unplayed/Near Mint condition. Check out the description on the FLEX! website. Includes the info sheet (see picture), which is autographed in pencil by Pushead. #ed 02/14 (seven copies had the blue face like this one, seven had the tan face) and rubber stamped on inside of sleeve. On orange wax. Stunning hand painted sleeve, no picture could do it justice. A rare Pushead item, seldom seen for sale.
