*First Pressings of this T Rex Album were released on 21st July 1972.

First Pressing copies have lyrics printed in black on a red card inner sleeve and the track durations are not listed (as they are on later issues).

Matrix Markings on this LP are as shown for first edition copies - Side 1: BLN5001 A 2-U BOBIL ^ SOLID GOLD IS GOLD MARK ILPA

Side 2: THE MAD MONK ^ MARK ILPB. BKN 5001 B 2-U

Owned from new and properly stored by a serious record collector.

This LP has literally only been played a handful of times on good quality hi-fi equipment.

The record, outer sleeve, inner sleeve are all in NEAR MINT Condition, as you can see from the photographs.

The only visible mark anywhere is a small mark on the front cover. It is only about 2-3mm wide and almost unnoticeable, but I wanted to mention it and have taken a close up picture. It looks like the sort of damage caused when a price ticket is removed.

I am selling off quite a lot of classic LPs over the next few weeks as I'm running out of storage and have some records which I have duplicate copies of or simply don't pay very often (like this one!)

I'm happy to combine postage (up to four single LPs or 2 double LPs can be sent together) and am happy to ship overseas, but only via eBay's global shipping programme.    Records are sent via Royal Mail's 'signed for' service in strong, purpose made cardboard record mailers.
