No Reserve on this highly valued Northern Soul floor expander.

T. C. & The Bricklayers, on King Records #6135, an original 45 RPM 7" US release,  titled : UP AND DOWN THE HILL written by T. C. Lee - Hill -c/w- GET AWAY FROM HERE, written by R. A. Pittman - E. Cherry.  This is the Demo, DJ, Promotion Copy released to radio stations prior to being released in a record store for-sale stock copy release. The single is contained King Records paper sleeve.
This is one of the rarest of the rare ones, these days, getting harder to locate.
No reserve.

CONDITION / GRADING:
The Single is in Mint- Condition, bright, shiny, clean, no scratches. The record plays loud, clear, and present.
The label is in Mint- Condition.

The Gradings System is: Mint, Mint-, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good. Fair.
It is rare when I state a record being Mint although there are instances where they will be noted as 'almost' or 'between Mint- and Mint'.
Also, I usually don't list Fair Condition records except in a very unusual circumstance, essentially for its' collectible interest.
SHIPPING:
In the US : First Class Shipping of $4.00 plus $2.00 for Signature Confirmation with Tracking. If you want Priority, the total for Priority shipping in the US with Signature Confirmation with Tracking is $9.95.
For International : Up to $150.00, it is the normal shipping fee of $9.95. If the amount is $150,00 or more, than it is shipped Air Express International Mail with Signature Confirmation and Tracking Number at $32.00,  as suggested by PayPal and Ebay, for the protection of the buyer and seller. This is the only shipping fee. I will send an invoice to you if the amount is $150.00 or more.
