CONDITION:   VG   many light scuffs/scratchs; small sticker and writing in marker on "A" side; I playgraded this and it plays VG or better.

In the mid- and late '60s, T.C. Atlantic was one of the biggest groups in Minneapolis, recording a few singles and a live LP that were little heard outside of the region. They did manage to cut one song, "Faces," that became deservedly revered by '60s collectors as one of the finest garage psychedelic 45s after it was reissued on Pebbles, Vol. 3. Nothing else they did matched that single's magnificent snaky melody and guitars, though their live album (consisting entirely of covers) has a certain je ne sais quoi that distinguishes it as one of the best all-cover '60s garage LPs.

grading is done visually using Goldmine record catalog standards as follows: NEAR MINT(NM or NM-)a nearly perfect lp. the lp and jacket should show no obvious signs of wear. VERY GOOD PLUS(VG+)a very good plus lp will show some signs that it was played by a previous owner who took good care of it.lp and jacket may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs/ scratchs/ warps that don't affect ones listening experience.VERY GOOD(VG):many of the defects found in a VG+ lp will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident during soft passages and intro/fade but will not overpower music otherwise. Groove wear and light scratchs(deep enough to feel with fingernail) will be noticeable.Jacket may be marred by writing, tape or stickers. GOOD(G)-GOOD PLUS(G+): A lp in good or good + will play through without skipping. But will have significant surface noise and scratchs and visible groove wear. A jacket will have seam splits, tape writing, or other defects will start to overwhelm the object. I generally do not sell lp's in this condition unless it is rare.
