Description
On offer here is a UK STEREO copy of the album THE MADCAP LAUGHS by SYD BARRETT. The Cat. No is SHVL765 on the HARVEST label. I really don’t know when this pressing dates from although it definitely IS NOT A FIRST PRESSING as it has a boxed EMI logo above the Harvest text. There are no matrix numbers at all in the runouts and the cover is a single cover with no barcode.
THE LABELS are in EX+ condition with NO WRITING and just a few light spindle marks.
THE VINYL cosmetically is in EX+ condition with just a few very light surface marks which are not feelable. I have played it through and it sounded great with NO JUMPS or STICKS and hardly any backgroundnoise. Playback grades as EX+.
THE INNER SLEEVE is a plain white non lined type in EX condition with no writing or tears.
THE COVER is a single non laminated cover manufactured in the UK. This is in EX condition, there are NO TEARS, SPLITS or WRITING. All edges and corners are 100% sound the spine is fully legible.
