GRADING SCALE
NM / EX (VG++) / VG+ / VG / VG- / G+ / P (Poor)
I rarely use NM, so EX is often the highest grade I assign.  
I grade sonically using a Shure M44-7 cartridge and Technics SL-1200.
I include sound clips for 45s and 12"s only, unless there are specific issues I need to point out on an LP.
