B side Northern Soul tune of the finest. A side more of a Funk/Soul explosion.


How often do you see this record come up?... Never


This is in VGC and a classic tune, although recorded in 1981 this is revered as one of the must have tunes for your record bag. 

If you watch the films below showing two clips of the record playing on first my jukebox, then on my hifi.

I bought this in a Job Lott at a record fair to play on my 1965 Rockola jukebox... The bug for me is the record jumps (only once) after the first couple of seconds on the box,... play it on my hi-fi and it's fine!... See 1st and 2nd vid. The A-side plays fine, although I much prefer the B-side. There are some light marks on both sides, probably made by the pick-up arm on box, but basically VGC. I always use quality stylus and keep my vinyl impeccably clean.

Please see detail pics which I have tried to show surface marks, although hardly audible. (Other than otherwise stated) which could just be down the weight of my tone arm on the box, but there is obviously an imperfection.

This record has no matrix numbers, I am no expert, but normally I would expect to see something. Thought I had better let it be known.


Decided to sell and concentrate on reggae collection.

I've added some stills from Levanna McLeans YouTube film of her dancing along to this tune,... just in case you wondered where you may have heard it before!

If you haven't ventured onto Youtube and seen her collection of films please make it the next thing you do.

She has a knack of finding some classic Northern Soul and has a great film presence, not to mention natural flair for dancing.

The films are always shot in interesting locations and the quality is 2nd to none. Check it out...
