In 1974, bassist "Sweet" Charles Sherrell recorded his first solo album, "For Sweet People," for People Records, founded by his longtime bandleader James Brown. Brown also produced the album, contributing two of his own songs. The vinyl is in excellent (E) condition; this record has been played but shows very few imperfections on the vinyl. This is NOT a reissue, but the original People release, distributed by Polydor. Cover is also in excellent shape. TRACK LISTING:Side One: 1. "Strangers In The Night" (3:32) 2. "Soul Man" (2:57) 3.
