Up for bid is a rare 7" single, "Hang Out & Hustle," by Sweet Charles (with stereo version on one side, and the mono version on the flip side). This single was arranged by James Brown & Fred Wesley, and produced by James Brown. This is a white label promo, and was released by People (PE 656). 7" is VG+,  with scuffs on either side. 7" plays with surface noise (crackle and tics). Surface noise is more present on the mono side, while the stereo side plays with minimal surface noise. Listen to the stereo track from this actual 7", for reference:
