Minty clean mid 70's first pressing Swedish-only limited edition pressing with outstanding laminated cover (see details below)...All tracks exclusive versions to this release from 1967 London "Top Gear Radio" studio session.
At a BBC radio 'session', a practice still alive in British radio today, The Jimi Hendrix Experience was required to record material quickly for the radio program, with limited overdubbing, largely limited to and relying upon their live sound. Many groups, including 'The Experience' as part of this tradition choose to record some songs that were not part of their main repertoire.
BBC Sessions therefore offered its own unique example of the Experience sound, and a revealing glimpse of songs from their early repertoire, such as "Killing Floor" and their only known studio recording of Bob Dylan's "Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window?".
