GRADING POLICY

  • Mint Condition - new, or nearly new. Vinyl may have very light surface marks, however there is no noticeable effect to sound quality. These are generally tracks I have bought from new and literally played once or twice. Sleeves in Mint Condition will be as new, or nearly new.
  • Very Good Condition - Items in Very Good condition are likely to have some light suface marks on the vinyl.. If there is any effect to the sound quality, it will be very minor, never continuous. Generally I may have played the track between (as a guide 5-10 plays). Sleeves are likely appear to be used but shouldn’t have any tears/rips etc
  • Good Condition - Items in good condition are likely to have surface marks on the vinyl, they will generally play well, but may have light crackles in quiet areas, although should never jump. Sleeves in this condition are likely to be used and may have tears on spine, sometimes repaired with some tape etc. (as a guide10-30 plays)
  • Fair Condition, some vinyl I have comes in to this category. Generally the vinyl will have numerous surface marks, and the record will appear worn, there will be the odd crackle – but no jumps unless I state this. The sleeve may be torn, battered and worn (as a guide 30+plays)
