This is a very heavy item and therefore postage is high - the postage and packing costs are below and are NOT as mentioned in the listing above. If you do not agree to these prices then please do not bid.
Postage and packing costs:
UK £9.50 recorded delivery
Postage and packing including insurance:
UK: £9.50 (special delivery)
Europe: £13.50(international signed for)
Rest Of World: £14.50 (international signed for)
A proof of postage receipt is acquired for every order. THIS IS NOT A RECEIPT OF INSURANCE.
The seller accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Insurance is highly recommended and available upon request.
Items lost in the post:
Very occasionally items do go missing in the post. Regretfully we cannot accept responsibility for lost / undelivered items sent by standard 1st class post or airmail. For this reason we strongly recommend that you choose 'signed for / special delivery' in the UK or 'international signed for' when items are being sent abroad, particularly for larger orders or more expensive items.
Items damaged in the post:
Sometimes, again very infrequently, parcels get squashed, bent and generally bashed up in the post. If your order arrives damaged then you need to claim with your post-office - keep a hold of the packaging as they'll need to see that.
All parcels leave here in a secure, sturdy, safe condition. If the royal mail damage your parcel, it's their responsibility to sort it out.
Returns
No returns of any item are accepted under any circumstance.
