The jacket says "Sun Ra and his Arkestra, featuring Sun Ra on Piano, and John Gilmore on Tenor Sax,  Plays A Tonal View of Times Tomorrow".
The label says "Sun Ra and his Intergalactic Research Arkestra playing The Invisible Shield",
and the internet calls this release
"The Invisible Shield", "Janus", "A Tonal View of Times Tomorrow Vol 2", and
"Satellites are Outerspace".  Take your pick... What is undisputed is that this is a rare original private issue,  with a beautiful painting on the cover. The back of the jacket is blank.

Philadelphia or New York 1970
Some of the tracks were issued on 1201 Music (Black Lion) on CD, as Janus. 
There is also other cover art, and label design than the one here.  Dead wax reads A144000, and B144000. 
Another source claims there are labels that list both Chicago and Philly as the address.
This one is Chicago, and knowing the chronology of Ra's move from Chicago to Philly, that  would logically make this the original. 
The vinyl has a couple of surface scuffs that produce some pops - typical  for a Saturn album. Beautiful shine throughout - plays nice.

LP PACKAGING We package our LPs in a thick cardboard LP mailer. We ALWAYS take the LP out of the jacket to 
avoid any seam splitting that could occur in shipment. We put the LP and the jacket in an LP plastic sleeve. 
We float the LP between cardboard and 2 sheets of bubble wrap. We use shipping tape on all 
spines to protect the integrity of the box, and to insure the safety of the contents. 
All this is included in the low shipping price. We will clean your purchase on our 
VPI machine if and when necessary. This insures that you receive your item in the best possible condition.

 LP SHIPPING
We use the US Postal Service’s Media Mail for shipping in the U.S.
The buyer pays a shipping, packing (see above) and handling fee of $4.00 for the first
12"or LP and 50c for each additional item in the same package. 
This includes USPS delivery confirmation (US only), box & packing material.

 Shipping to other countries is by the United States Postal Service's First Class Mail International. 
The rates for overseas is $17.50 for the first item, with an added $2.00 for each additional album. 

Shipping to Canada is $13.50 for the first item, with an added $1.00 for each additional album.
