The record looks and plays M-. No scuffs and no scratches. There's a pressing dimple on Side 1 Track 3 that does not affect play. Grooves look unplayed.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is shiny with little wear and a small hole punch at the bottom near the spine. The back cover is bright with little or no wear, a hint of ring wear and the same hole punch. No split seams. Tiny spot of wear and denting at the bottom of the pocket. Spine is intact and readable. Inside the fold out is bright and clean with some brown staining or wear marks that are not too noticeable and the same hole punch.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on cover.
