Cover/Sleeve Gradingapplies to OUTER SLEEVE ONLY. If the original Inner sleeve is included it willbe shown in the photos or noted in the description above. We grade VISUALLY unless the decription notes“Play graded” So here it is:
(M) MINT: Pristine, Looks as if it just came off themanufacturing line, also listed as New, Mint Sealed/Unopened. We rarely call anythingmint, even if it is mint!
(NM) NEAR MINT: Looks as if it just came from a store and wasopened for the first time, maybe played a few times if ever, no evidence ofplay or wear whatsoever.
(EX) EXCELLENT: alsolisted as VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS (VG++), LP may have a faint surface mark or twobarring it from being truly Near Mint, but sound quality will not be affectedat all, cover sleeve is just short of Near Mint, often used for cover sleevesin Shrink, or with no ringwear or staining or easily visible flaws whatsoever,seams and spine fully intact
(VG+) VERY GOOD PLUS: Showsslight signs of wear, light scuffs or scratches may be present but they do notaffect playback other than faint surface noise heard sporadically in betweentracks, or the occasional soft click from a surface mark here or there, coversleeve is considered very good yet when observed closely will show to have aflaw or small flaws, very minor ringwear if any, seams and spine intact but notpristine?
(VG) - VERY GOOD: significant and obvious wear and handlingincluding surface noise throughout, audible scratches which cause clicks andpops and crackle but no skips or repeated grooves, cover sleeve may havesignificant ringwear and/or staining, seam splits may be evident, label orsleeve may have writing, names, stickers etc.
