Description
Suckdog: Drugs Are Nice LP, Vinyl, 1990
Suckdog was an American underground band. The core members were the married couple Lisa Crystal Carver and Jean-Louis Costes. Suckdog toured the continental United States for several years with "Suckdog Circus," performing a mix of wrestling, musical performances, film screenings, and general audience agitation. The heart of the Suckdog Circus were the noise music "operas" written by Costes and Carver which involved strange experimental fantasy stories with much blood and sex.
"Drugs are Nice is nothing but pure anarchy. No restrictions and no rules, just some girls with a tape recorder who'll do just about anything to fill 40 minutes."
This is the orginal US release on Suckdog, SK000011 release from 1989. It is still in its original polythene as when I brought it back in the day in Borderline Records.
Matrix & Runout numbers:
SK000011 - A OA ss SL000011 - B
It has been kept in storage in a smoke free household. It is from a large and varied record collection, not a DJ collection. This record has never been DJed and is in good condition.
There is evidence of foxing on the record sleeve and label, from being in storage.
Suckdog, Side 1 is well, Suckdog Side 1 as recorded.
Flip it over to Side 2, there are a few crackles and small pops during 'Jokes About Women'.
International postage is available on request.
