VARIOUS - SUB POP 200, USA Import, Limited Edition, Box Set Of 3 Album Vinyl LPs 1988, Sub Pop Records, SP 25, Soft Plastic Sleeves, 16 Page Album Sized Booklet With Black And White Photos Of All The Groups, Rare.
This is a Limited Edition of a 5000 vinyl box set. A really quite rare and sought after early Sub Pop compilation, I bought this in a record store in Portland for quite a lot of money a few years ago. I have since then kept it on a shelf, unplayed.
It includes Nirvana's "Spank Thru" which is often credited as being the first Nirvana song. Also in the booklet under this track its written "Kurdt Kobain".
Excellent condition. Visually all 3 vinyl's are in excellent condition and look like new. The plastic sleeves look like new and I can’t really think that these records have been played at all. The box has some shelf wear shows it’s age on a few of the corners. Please see photos.
The booklet is uncreased and seemingly unread. There are a few spots of browning on the rear however, see photos.
