Description
This Sample studio recording was done on 26th Sept 1964 in Melbourne , Australia. She was 15 years and 8 months old and is most likely the first ever recording done by Olivia. It is on an LP vynil record and is the only song on the record. It has been played many times by the family she gave it to and although very clear it has some scratches and background noise. It was recorded an Emidisk recording blank and has hand written on the front "Olivia " " l Melody D'Amour" ( S.S.U. 22/5/64) At about this time Olivia sang at the Dorchester reception centre in the Alexander Gardens in Melbourne where her then boy friend was comparing at a dinner dance. I can certify that the time and events were correct as my family was at that time involved with her and the events. I think at some time after that Olivia did sing that song either on TV or at a concert.This is truly a collectable item and should be acquired by a serious collector. I will add a studio photo of ONJ and her then boyfriend IBT taken at or about the same time.
