Description

This is a near mint condition, very rare, promotional only Stranglers "Peaches" 45. It was issued by United Artists Records U.K. in 1977. Promotional singles were sent to radio stations for airplay and were not made available to the general public. This single has "Peaches" on the a-side and "Go Buddy Go" on the b-side. The label is a white with red printing custom United Artists with "This Disc Is For Promotional Use Only" printed on the unpunched centre hole area. There are no stickers or writing on the label. This record comes in an original United Artists paper sleeve that was printed in the U.K. ( see photo). It has had one owner, a former record company executive who has had it filed away since 1977.
