This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is EX-EX Minus, Sleeve is VG Plus (Having A 6 cm Center Bottom Split and A Small Damage on Left Side Bottom Corner Edge), OBI Strip Has Some Tears with Mending Tapes.
