Description
Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. Stone Mint appearing to be unplayed 1968 US 1st type issue of The Byrds ?Sweetheart Of The Rodeo with 2 Eye Columbia 360 degree labels and a tipped on paper backed sleeve, with the frame showing beneath it. You will probably never see a better copy. Even a sealed one would be worse as the shrink would have distorted the sleeve shape if not also the record by now. I bought this in San Francisco a few decades ago from someone who just didn't get around to playing all the records he owned. This might have been the best one of them, I kept another dozen or so for myself of similar style originals. I have a British copy, so never got around to playing it. This gets on all those greatest album lists, its a full on classic, and there are no NM/NM examples on discogs at time of writing, and even those where it says NM record in VG sleeve, the guys say a few hairlines (and I am asking less than them). This has none, it is unmarked, no spindles to the labels, no pen or splits to the sleeve, record is flat. Earliest text to the 2 eye labels, which are the first type for the year.
We pack carefully. This has been cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid, has a new antistatic inner added and all resides, separated to prevent splits, in a heavy gauge new poly outer awaiting our careful packing in custom made hard card boxes.
