A landmark in electronic music, featuring a timeless piece by Steve Reich and some fascinating music by Oliveros and Maxfield. Incredible copy too--in as good condition as you are likely to find. 
Vinyl is NM, by every indication unplayed until I play-tested it a moment ago. Play test reveals extremely minimal surface noise (cross-compared with another NM copy, this is most likely inherent in the pressing). No marks. 
Sleeve is EX, only the lightest surface wear to front and rear, perfect spine and seams, top and bottom right corners show small creases.
