Description

Original deep-groove pressing of Steve Lacy "Reflections" on the purple labels of New Jazz PRLP-8206 (note the PRLP prefix, indicative of the first pressing, prior to New Jazz using an NJLP prefix).  The record has a high luster and what appears to be very light and superficial paper scuffs on Side A, probably from the cellophane inner sleeve; light groove wear at the last track of both sides, but not affecting sound quality.  Laminated cover is bright and clean: rubbing at both bottom corners; light rubbing primarily to the center area of the back; thin area of discoloration at the edge of back slick, at spine.

Personnel includes Mal Waldron, Buell Neidlinger and Elvin Jones.
