I got this from a virgin employee who was given a promo / white labels at the time.

Sleeve - EX ( slight rub at the bottom of the sleeve other wise very clean )
label - Near Mint
Vinyl - EX+ ( looks hardly played - once or twice )
Inner sleeve - EX+

A side - CDS 4018 A// 1 EUT - white label with H stamped in red coloured ink
B side - CDS 4018 B// 1 EUT - black
