RECORD STORE DAY: In 2009 Steve Earle released an album of Townes Van Zandt songs. It began as solo guitar and vocal tracks recorded in October 2008 in New York City. Other instruments were added later in subsequent sessions for the album in New York, Nashville and Los Angeles. Those original recordings - The Basics - were released on a limited edition bonus CD with the Townes album and are available here for the first time on vinyl.; HAND NUMBERED

  • MINT (M)... A PERFECT RECORD.No Marks or scuffs.Very few records will be mint.
  • NEAR MINT (NM)...A GREAT RECORD.Only a few light marks or scuffs. High gloss.
  • VG+...USED BUT NOT ABUSED. Light scratches and/or paper scuffs. 
  • VG...A NICE RECORD but looks a little more used and played. Light scratches.
  • VG-...VERY USED. A bit rough but still plays fine
     
  • G...one or two fairly deep scratches. Fills the collection.

 MOST RECORDS ARE VISUALLY GRADED UNDER BRIGHT LIGHTS. 

We take pride in securely packing and shipping your purchase ASAP! When possible we remove LPs from album jackets to help prevent seam splits. All LPs and 45's are packaged in 200 lb test , heavy cardboard professional mailers. CDs are packaged in new bubble envelopes. This deluxe packaging helps get your item to you safely! We typically mail your item within 24 hours of receipt of payment! We'll gladly ship multiple items together to save shipping costs. Even with careful packaging items are sometimes lost or mishandled by the post office.
