Description

A 1974 UK 1st Repress copy of Steely Dan - Pretzel Logic. Includes classic SD hits Rikki Don't Lose That Number & Any Major Dude Will Tell You.
Released on the black ABC label ABCL 5045 this is according to reviews a far more dynamic & engaging sound quality compared to the Probe label 1st Press!

The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in the amazing Degritter and the vinyl has come up spotlessly clean & shiny with a couple of faint marks visible. Clean labels & spindle holes - graded VG+ but plays mostly closer to EX.
Playback reveals a big & bold sound quality with detail, depth & atmosphere. A very dynamic pressing, it slammed out of our speakers!  It plays through beautifully with no jumping, sticking or skating. There is some low background noise/ crackle in a few parts,mainly audible between tracks nothing unusual for vinyl of this vintage, and nothing that spoils the enjoyment
The gatefold outer sleeve is really solid and sturdy with very light wear to seams, corner rubbing and slight discolouration. Lovely readable spine . No splits, tears, writing, stains or tape.


The paper inner sleeve is present , however we have popped the record into a new poly lined inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning -you will receive both.
A lovely copy to own, play and enjoy, fully cleaned and tested, ready to pop straight onto your turntable.
