Pressed In Japan, Original Master Recording Series, Half Speed Mastered. Source: the Original Master Tape Originally recorded at ABC Records Studios, LA. This is the seventh MFSL release of a major artist. The first three were Mystic Moods Orchestra releases and the fourth was "something" recorded by the founder of MFSL.
The disc is, sealed, unplayed, in the original rice paper sleeve. The cover is in "excellent" condition (for a 44 year old record), showing some wear on the edges and corners. One minor tear in the original shrink (bottom front pic). Original price sticker. I will add pics of the corners ASAP.
Unlike newer MFSL records, this version was actually cut from the original 1975 master recording tape in 1978. The cover shows some wear from multiple moves since I received it. Please examine pics carefully. If you would like additional pics, don't hesitate to ask.
From a MFSL insert: "We do not de-horn our metal parts, for fear of destroying high frequencies and transients. Therefore, it may be necessary to play our discs several times, to eliminate minor snaps and ticks that may appear. Your stylus will "polish" the groove surfaces.........Enjoy!"
