Ultra rare Quo/Black Sabbath promo. This is probably the rarest quo/Black Sabbath item there is, only 100 copies were pressed in 1972 to promote Quo's 'Piledriver' and Black Sabbath's 'Master or Reality' albums.
The single has been played extensively (especially the Quo side) over the years and shows light surface scratches. It comes housed in a Vertigo 'swirl' sleeve and has a unique picture lable
