Description

Stanley Turrentine “Dearly Beloved” original 1961 release from Blue Note Records (# ST 84081 stereo) in a laminate cardboard sleeve. The record grading is Very Good (VG). There are some scratches on Side 2 that affect ~25 seconds on track 1 and just 5 seconds on track 2. I’ve provided photos of them as, frankly, I thought they would affect playback more severely, yet they turned out to be mostly cosmetic since I did not hear anything when listening. The following is on the runout groove:


  • Side A): (etched) BNST-84081-A Plastylite ‘Ear’ (stamped) RVG STEREO

  • Side B): (etched) BNST-84081-B Plastylite 'Ear' (stamped) RVG STEREO


The outer laminate case is Very Good Plus (VG+). There is some bending on the top right side.  The inner sleeve is original with photo tiles of other releases that only go up to THIS release, # 4081.The inner sleeve paper is in nice shape; there are splits-still holds the album. (all reflected in the photos). All sales final.
NOTE:  This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be  contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom
