This Stan Getz and Luiz Bonfa LP titled “JAZZ SAMBA ENCORE!” from 1963 is a must-have for any jazz lover. Featuring live recordings Feb 8, 9, and 27th 1963 in New York City in the samba, bossa nova, and Latin jazz style, this first pressing in mono with a gatefold cover is a true gem.
The vinyl is in near mint condition, has minor scuff-line on side 2 but plays through. The cover is excellent, has original price tag on back cover top, and has one corner bump upper left (see photo enlargements). Labels are EX condition.
The record label is Verve and the catalog number is V 8523. The vinyl matrix numbers are L7 V8523 63VG112 and 63VG113. The LP also includes original cover art and is a great addition to any collection. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this amazing piece of music history.
