Record:  Very Good+. There are some light hairline scuffs that create some very light surface noise. There is a name written on the label.

Cover: Very Good. There are some splits at the edges, and a price sticker on the back. There is weart to the corners, and ringwear on both sides. There are initials on the front and the back.
