Description
2 new and never played copies of St. George & Tana "Big Daddy's Blues" and "Everyday" One copy is on Kapp white label and is a Radio Station Copy and the other is on Kapp black label which was a distribution copy. Both copies in perfect condition with the exception of a date written on the Radio Station Copy in small print (date it was received by the station) You won't be finding a 2 record set like this in new condition anywhere else. Great addition to your collection. Little is known about this male-female duo, who put out an obscure, ordinary pop-folk-rock album around 1967 somewhat in the mold of a more pop-oriented Ian & Syliva (or more arcanely, somewhat like the duo Jim And Jean, themselves a more pop-oriented Ian & Syliva). The LP was produced by Huey Meaux, noted overseer of numerous fine records from the Texas-Louisiana region, which might mean St. George & Tana were from that area (though the arrangements don't sound especially Texan or southern).
