Spooky Tooth/Pierre Henry's 'Ceremony' first US press in original shrinkwrap. Cover is a tight EX/VG++ with a punch out hole in the corner, a 'Special value' label attached, and original price tag. EX Vinyl shows signs of use and being stored away in a paper innersleeve for fifty five years; sounds great! Check all the photos. Undoubtedly this experimental album should have been Spooky Tooth's heavy psych Masterpiece. The songs, vocals, and heavy guitars are all well thought out and composed. Why Pierre Henry was brought in to layer blips, breaths, and mechanized hammering over it all probably wasn't the best idea. Strangely enough, it does work well on 'Confession' and 'Prayer', but just gets in the way on 'Jubilation'. Over all a very good album that deserves a serious remix/reissue treatment.
