Description
Spanky “Doin’ It” By Spanky Wilson Ultra Rare 1969. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class special delivery U.K. & tracked overseas.
I think anyone who’s interest this takes will know exactly how rare this is & in what kind of esteem it is held.
First time I heard Spanky’s version of “Sunshine of your low” by Cream on BBC Radio 6 music I was captivated.
This is a real diamond.
It is the original U.S. release from 1969. It is not a reissue & certainly not one off the unofficial bootlegs you may see about.
I will include as much detail as possible but serious buyers/collectors please get in touch with any questions or extra photos as only too happy to oblige.
I’ve graded the disc as EX. For its age it may even be better but do not want to over grade. The audio is amazing for a record of this age. It sounds fantastic, crisp, clear with low level crackle at increments/run in.
I’ve played it in its entirety today and categorically there are no skip, jumps or noticeable pops!
There are a few scratches, vey light ones that I can see under artificial light but again as previously stated the audio is awesome!!!!
inner sleeve is slightly discoloured with a small tear on middle ring but is clean and crisp with minimal creasing.
sleeve I have rated as VG+. It’s in one piece, some small corner damage, some small discolouration around ashes on both sides but on the whole it’s in a strong condition for age. No rips, no tears for sure.
