Third album, and considered their finest, by the English new wave band.
Beginning in 1977, Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) earned a reputation for high-quality audio from its “Original Master Recording” vinyl LPs, utilizing a half-speed mastering process with the Ortofon Cutting System. The albums were remastered from the original analog master tapes, and were pressed in Japan on JVC’s "Supervinyl", lowering the noise found when using recycled impure vinyl, as had become common in the ‘70’s.
